Picture Yourself...
You walk in the door and hop on your bike which is microadjustable in four different directions to ergonomically fit your body. A motivating, sweat inducing, Pilates-based 30-minute bike ride will ensue. Just when you're legs can't take it anymore, we'll switch over to the Reformers and focus on 25 minutes of lean muscle strengthening, spinal alignment and all the wonderful choreography available with a Pilates routine.

QuadSpin Pilates™ classes are available by appointment. The class is limited to 4 students. Classes are as low as $28 per session. Heart rate monitors are available for your use at no additional charge.
